Process orders in a timely manner.
Keep the Fellowship informed of the office activity via monthly website updates and quarterly Newsletters.
Respond to email, mail and phone calls within 24 hours (within the work week).
Work with the Conference, B.O.T. and Fellowship at large with outreach projects in order to help the addicts who still suffers.
Support the Conference and its Committees to the best of our ability.
Continue to work to improve upon and build relationships between F.W.S. and Fellowship members.
Continue to look for ways to improve office operations and run a leaner, smoother-running ship.
Fully train the staff regarding the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions.
