Mission Statement

The S.L.A.A. Conference Anorexia Committee (CAC) carries the message to the S.L.A.A. community that sexual, social, and emotional anorexia can be an inherent part of sex and love addiction and encourages integrating this idea into all areas of the Fellowship and its literature.

    Seeking Anorexia Recovery Stories for an update to the S.L.A.A. Basic Text

    The Conference Anorexia Committee is partnering with the Conference Literature Committee to gather anorexia-specific content for potential inclusion in the updated Basic Text. If you have a good understanding of anorexia in S.L.A.A. and have some solid, long-term recovery in this area we are looking for stories that tell what it was like, what happened (how you got sober) and what it is like now (in recovery).     Anorexia 10-11-12 Writing Group

    Anorexia 10-11-12 Project: “Anorexia 10-11-12: Working the Program and Not the Problem” is the working title of a piece of literature being developed by the Conference Anorexia Committee (CAC) that will focus on anorexia and Steps 10, 11, and 12. The content of the booklet will primarily be anorectic member experiences with these steps, accompanied by discussion questions and meditations.
