One of the greatest sources of joy in Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (S.L.A.A.) is the act of giving. Individual members, groups, and intergroups give their time, money, effort and expertise to help carry the message of recovery receiving in return a sense of satisfaction that can only come from serving a higher purpose. This spirit of giving, which flows from an abundant Higher Power through each individual member of S.L.A.A., comes together to make the worldwide fellowship possible, thereby giving more and more sex and love addicts the chance to live meaningful, productive, and recovered lives.
Giving Options
Tradition 7 states: ” Every S.L.A.A. Group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.” This means that only people who consider themselves members of S.L.A.A. can make a contribution. The policy of Fellowship-Wide Services is that $20,000* is the maximum amount an individual may contribute per fiscal year*.
